For a more detailed and comprehensive response including a full Experian credit check and with a specific product highlighted to meet your clients needs, simply complete our full Agreement in Principle form.

If would prefer to fax your AIPs then please download the AIP Submission Form here, complete and fax back to 0845 0740641.
On receipt of your completed AIP form Mortgage-1 will look to find the most suitable home for your clients needs based on the information provided, from our available packaged lenders.
We will then advise you of this lender and provide a breakdown of qualifying rates available, lender fees and redemption penalties and a shopping list of the additional information and documentation required to get the enquiry to Offer.
If you wish we will also obtain a binding lender Decision in Principle for your client
