We are still offering free valuations on most adverse loans over £100,000 when many packagers and lenders have withdrawn their schemes. We don’t show every single scheme with a free valuation on Trigold as it can take a few days for them to come off when products are withdrawn – instead we publish a list on the website which shows you which products qualify. All you need to do is edit and remove the valuation costs from the KFI to show the saving to the customer.

We are also offering free valuations on all TMB self cert and Buy to let products, again with a minimum loan size of £100,000, so it’s not just sub-prime where you can get the deals.
