Online AIPs

If you submit an enquiry to Mortgage-1 using our on-line system, you can now upgrade that enquiry to a full application once you have decided on the lender.

All you need to do is open up the enquiry in the Search/case section and then select “complete app” from the options menu. This will open up all the fields you need for the Mortgage-1 generic application. Once completed you can either print it and post it to us or even better, just submit and it will arrive online at Mortgage-1 within seconds.

Our processing teams can then start work on it while you post the necessary supporting documents to us.
