Valuation Fees can be paid in the normal manner with a cheque made payable to 'Mortgage-1'.

Using the Visa Authority can often help client's cash flow in not having to find a valuation fee immediately and adding it to their card. Occasionally Mortgage-1 has incentives available include the refund of valuation fees – this process is much simpler for your clients when using a credit or debit card.
